BrendaCARTERI wish to express my sincere thanks to all relatives, good friends and neighbours for the sympathy, kind and loving support shown to me during my recent bereavement, also for the cards, floral tributes and generous donations to Wards 8 and 19, James Cook University Hospital. A special thank you to all doctors and nursing staff who looked after Brenda through her short illness. Thank you to Rev.
